THE BRIEF
As a headhunter, our mission was to find a highly skilled and experienced Group Financial Controller for an EdTech company. Our client was looking for someone who had a proven track record in managing a large team, developing financial strategies, and implementing effective financial systems.
THE PROCESS
Working closely with the CPO and CFO – We began the process by thoroughly researching the EdTech industry and similar by identifying potential candidates who possessed the necessary qualifications and experience. We then reached out to these candidates and conducted initial interviews to assess their suitability for the role.
After narrowing down the pool of candidates, we presented our client with a shortlist of the most qualified and experienced individuals. Ultimately, our client was impressed with one of the candidates who had a proven track record of success within a similar business, as well as extensive experience in managing financial operations for large organisations. This candidate was deemed the perfect fit for the role and was offered the position of Interim Group Financial Controller.
