I have over a decade of recruitment experience in both an independent agency, covering the South West, and as an Internal Recruitment Lead covering the whole of the UK for a PLC. This experience has led me to develop an innovative, consultative approach to recruitment.

I believe passionately in exclusive strategic partnerships with both candidates and clients and have worked on high volume recruitment campaigns and head up our Key Accounts division – or better known as Recruitment Partnering Solutions (RPS).

My areas of specialism are Sales, Marketing and anything Property related. Having built up a vast network of key contacts in these sectors I use a search and selection strategy to find the very best candidates for long lasting career moves.

When I’m not working I’m mostly either exploring the Southwest Coast Path, watching my son play football, training for marathons or eating out with friends!
