KING is a leading South West based consultancy looking for a talented Search Consultant to join our team! As a search recruitment agency based in the UK, we are open-minded and flexible, we’re looking for someone to specialise in an industry or sector – depending on your toolkit and aspirations!

KING specialises in Executive Search across the South West with aspirations to build out industries/sectors across the UK and internationally. We work as a close-knit, collaborative team to support SME’s, and high-growth scale-up businesses to find the right leaders for their organisations.

We deliver managerial, senior leadership, and board hires, whether it be for succession planning, M&A activity, growth, turnaround, diversification, or wholesale change.

As a Search Consultant, you will be responsible for driving your own specialism whether that’s growing out a team, or simply being a consistently high-achiever! You’ll be someone that nurtures long-term relationships with clients, candidates, and partners, building a pipeline of business, and delivering excellence and innovation in senior appointments. There is flexibility for you to define your core focus which could be based on professional discipline, geography, or sector. We are seeking someone that can balance team collaboration, with a strong drive to achieve exceptional results. 

Ideally, you will be based in a good catchment area for our head office in Exeter, but we are open-minded to where you may be based as we offer hybrid working, but also would consider someone UK based. We’re looking for someone with entrepreneurial flair, a proactive self-starter, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
