To identify a Chief Operating Officer for a large food manufacturer, with the ability and potential to rapidly develop into the CEO role. Previous experience of managing diverse international operations, developing business across emerging and established markets, and attracting world class talent were pre-requisites for this challenging search.

High performing executives from within the Food & Ingredients sector with appropriate international responsibility, and a track record of delivering sustainable growth, were identified and contacted.
