We are seeking an experienced Chief Product Officer to work within a fast-paced, dynamic and innovative software-as-a-service provider (SaaS) based in Bristol.

Job Description:

As Chief Product Officer, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the product strategy. You will lead the product team and work closely with other departments to ensure that the products are meeting the needs of the customers. You will also be responsible for managing the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and driving innovation to stay ahead of the competition. You will be a key member of the senior leadership team and will help to shape the overall direction of the company.

Person Specification:

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management and a track record of delivering successful products.
• You will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• You will be able to work collaboratively with other departments and have excellent communication skills.
• You will also have a strong understanding of the SaaS industry and be able to identify new opportunities for growth.
• A degree in a relevant field is desirable, as is experience in a similar role.
